RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment
At Outsideigans Supply Co., we want you to love your purchase. Since our products are custom-made just for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Defective or Incorrect Items (30 Days)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll make it right! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
Because each item is custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or "didn't like it" reasons. Please review product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before ordering.
How to Request a Return
Email us at theoutsideigans392@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the defect or error
- Description of the issue
We'll review your request within 2 business days. For approved returns due to defects or errors, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Items will be returned to our fulfillment partner's facility.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange defective items for the same product. For size exchanges on non-defective items, you would need to place a new order.
